CANCELLATION POLICY

• I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service fee. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit to rebook. • Please arrive on time. If you are 10+ minutes late, your service may need to be shortened. • If you are 30+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a last-minute cancellation (50% fee). • Certain appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits go toward your final service total. • If you cancel with adequate notice (24+ hours), the deposit can be transferred once to a future appointment. • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. I reserve the right to refuse service if illness is present. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
